We believe in minimal data collection. reCalm primarily stores your progress, streaks, and preferences locally on your device or securely via our cloud infrastructure (Convex) if you choose to sync your data. We do not track your location or sell your personal data.
The data we collect is used strictly to provide and improve the reCalm experience. This includes tracking your daily habits, managing your streaks, and keeping your progress synced across devices.
We use Apple HealthKit (if you opt-in) to read and write mindful minutes. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising or share it with data brokers.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
